Planning Commission Process

The Huber Heights Planning Commission reviews and approves all Planned Unit Developments (PUDs), rezoning requests, is the platting agency for the City, and new subdivisions.  The Board meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm at City Hall.
