Farmers Market at The Heights

The Farmers Market at the Heights was started in 2020 by the City of Huber Heights to meet the needs of the community. All products are either homemade or homegrown and also support local nonprofit organizations who are trying to inform the public about their organization. The Eichelberger Amphitheater (8625 Brandt Pk) is home to the market on Saturdays, May through October, from 10a-2pm. There are a few exceptions when the market doesn't run which would be when the City has festivals, such as Star Spangled Heights, Multicultural Festival, and the Marigold Festival. The market is proud to accept WIC, SNAP, SNFMP, and Produce Perks. Below are links to programs or applications for those programs

    Full-Season Vendors - Full-season vendor dates are from May 7 - October 29. There will no market on June 25, July 2 and September 10.  If you exceed 4 absences or withdraw from your market commitment at any time during the season, your deposit will be forfeited. Booth location is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Full-season vendors must pay their deposit ($50) and full-season vendor fee ($75)  before May 7, 2022. 

    2022 Daily Vendors - There are a limited number of daily vendor spots available. Booth location is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and preference is given to full-season vendors. Daily vendors must pay their deposit ($50) and daily fees for each day ($20/day) they plan to attend the market before May 7, 2022.  If you are signing up after May 7, fees must be paid 48 hours prior to your first day, no exceptions. Daily vendors are strongly encouraged to be present at least once per month.

    I have reviewed and read the Farmers Market at The Heights Rules and Guidelines agree. I understand that failure to follow the Rules and Guidelines may mean exclusion from the market. I understand that failure to abide by the attendance policy will result in the forfeiture of my deposit. By participating in the Farmers Market, I agree to indemnify, defend and hold the City, its elected and appointed officials, officers, employees, volunteers, board members, agents and contractors harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, administrative proceedings, judgments, damages, punitive damages, penalties, fines and costs that arise directly or indirectly from or in connection with my use of the Premises, breach of the agreement, and/or any violation of governmental or insurance requirements of vendor, provided that such indemnity shall not extend to matters that arise out of the gross negligence or willful acts of the City.
