Star Spangled Heights Event Cover Sponsors

Below is important information for our Star Spangled Heights celebration on July 4.  Please, if you plan to attend any of the events, read the information and abide by the guidelines we have established to ensure everyone stays safe and enjoys the day.

• Parade is at 10a.  It will go South on Brandt Pike from Chambersburg to Nebraska Ave.

• There will be no handouts of candy or materials at the parade.

• We expect that ALL parade spectators will abide by social distancing.

• Dayton Food Truck Association will be hosting a food truck rally from 6-10pm at Cloud Park. Tables will NOT be available and ask that you eat in or near your vehicle.

• Parking for Fireworks viewing at Cloud Park will be available at 6pm.

• There will be volunteers directing traffic to ensure double spacing between vehicles.

• To maintain social distancing all spectators should stay within or on the driver’s side of their vehicle.

• No mass gathering in the center of the park, spectators will need to stay in or by their vehicles.

• Once the park has reached capacity no more vehicles will be permitted to enter.

• THERE WILL BE NO WATER STATIONS due to COVID.  Bring your own water and stay hydrated!

• If you are parking outside of the park we are asking you STAY WITH YOUR VEHICLE.  This helps with social distancing.

• If you live in adjacent neighborhood you are welcome to walk into the park, however be mindful of cars as they are parking on grassy areas.

• There is NO entry for pedestrians at the main entrance to Cloud Park (Brandt Pk) due to traffic.
