We will be opening today (6/2) at 4pm today due to current air temperatures. Pool Closing Policy Management reserves the right to close the Kroger Aquatic Center at The Heights with no refunds to the patron for the following reasons: • Inclement weather. • Air temperature below 72° at the time of opening. • Low attendance-Less than 25 Patrons during any one-hour period. Patrons will be provided a one-hour notice that the facility will be closing. • Water contamination (i.e. fecal accidents, etc.). • Maintenance issues. All efforts will be made to announce closings or schedule changes at www.hhoh.org/KrogerAquaticCenter and via social media outlets.
