In October of 2017, the City approved a marketing services agreement with Utility Service Partners Private Label, Inc. dba Service Line Warranties of America to license the use of the City of Huber Heights logo in conjunction with advertisement to the City’s residents of warranty plans for repair of water and sewer lines on residential property. This is part of the National League of Cities Service Line Warranty Program. The initial letters are currently being mailed out. These mailings have been approved by the City of Huber Heights and the company is endorsed by the National League of Cities Service Line Warranty Program. There is no obligation by any resident to partake in this program. It is another option that is being provided for a service line warranty. The service includes water, sanitary and septic lines outside of the home. There is a fee being charged by the service provider and that fee only goes to the company providing the warranty. The City is not collecting any fees from this program. Please review all conditions before entering into any agreement.
