The City holds a Community-Wide Garage Sale two times per year on the second full weekend (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) of June and of September (revised 3.27.2023). Hours of sales are 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. During these times, residents can have a sale without obtaining a permit. Anyone from surrounding communities is welcome to come and shop, but we only publish a participant list of Huber Heights residents' addresses. Huber Heights residents may choose to participate on any or all days of each Community Wide Garage Sale.
Please remember that you can put a sign on YOUR property only. Garage/yard/temporary sale signs are not permitted to be placed on traffic signs, telephone poles, or objects in the public right-of-way (ORC 1181.15).

The deadline to sign up is Monday, September 8.
No addresses will be added after the deadline. The list will be published the day before the start of the sale.
