What happens after the interview?: You will be notified by mail once the process is complete and the position is hired. If you have been selected to move forward in the hiring process, you will receive a telephone call acknowledging you are moving to the next step. Then you submit to an extensive background and if chosen to proceed, a conditional offer is extended and pre-employment testing and drug screening will occur. The entire hiring process could take up to three to four months.

1. What should I do if I am called for an interview?: Be certain that you know where and when to report and the position for which you are being considered. This is important if you have applied for more than one position. Be sure to obtain the name and telephone number of the person who contacted you for the interview, or save the letter if the arrangements were made by mail.
