Records on file with the Huber Heights Police Division are distributed in accordance to the Ohio Revised Code, Chapter 149.
Crash reports are available through the Huber Heights Police Division that HHPD responds to and reports on. Those reports, as well as reports throughout the state, can also be accessed online at Department of Public Safety Crash Reporting.
If you should need a copy of any type of police report, please contact our records section at 937-233-1565 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The office is closed weekends and most recognized holidays.
