Park Bench & Tree Program

The City of Huber Heights Parks & Recreation Department invites you to participate in our Commemorative Bench and Tree Charm Program. This program provides a unique and special way to honor a loved one, celebrate a special event, or honor a person or organization that has made a difference in our community.

Purchasers may request which park or City Property receives the tree, though the ultimate determination will be made by the Parks & Recreation Department. Please reach out to the department before submitting payment if your participation is contingent on a specific location. Our goal is to accommodate requests within reason and when allowed by our park standards and guidelines.

You may complete a paper application and mail in a check or use our online form with a credit card to complete your purchase.

Once payment is received, staff will reach out to confirm details. Please note that all payments taken in winter months will be held and ordered in April to accommodate ideal weather conditions.
