The Huber Heights Police Division Records Section consists of two Records Clerks. They are specially trained in the Public Records Laws and perform many duties such as background checks, transcribing reports, collecting and compiling statistical data and traffic reports.
If you should wish a copy of a police report, please contact our Records Section at 233-1565 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The office is closed weekends and most recognized holidays.
You may also stop in and talk to our Records personnel and explain to them what you need from the Huber Heights Police Division's Records. They will be happy to assist you. You can also email requests to a record clerk.
